Jordan grew up on the Isle of Wight but moved to Plymouth when she joined the Royal Navy back in 2012. Having bought her first house at 24 she has gained a wealth of knowledge about the rental industry through letting her own properties and has now settled in Sherford with her partner Callum and little boy Oscar.

Rachel grew up in Plymouth and joined the Royal Navy back in 2009. She bought her first house in Plymouth at age 24, and shortly after that began buying, renovating and renting houses in Hartlepool - since then has sold the business and is now concentrating on building a property portfolio in Plymouth. Rachel lives in Plympton with her partner and puppy.
